My wife and I spent the weekend in the picturesque Hunter Valley in New South Wales, Australia. While she was busy attending a conference I got to walk around exploring the country side and grabbing some photos.
The Hunter Valley was incredibly overcast and drizzly this weekend. At first I was concerned this would ruin my photographic chances. I found that the clouds really added to the dreamy, pastural nature of the shots.
Due to the terrible state of taxis in the Hunter Valley I spent a lot more time walking than I had intended. In hindsight I’m really glad I did. If you do have the opportunity to visit the Hunter Valley I highly recommend taking the time to explore this beautiful area on foot.
